Winter Flowers
Rain comes, turning the land green, strewing the sand with bright flower jewels, like stars in the night sky. These oxalis wake up and smile at the sun. Refurl their petals and sleep at night.
Yes finally I worked it out. Now I have to grapple with Photoshop to do clever stuff to them. Also manage to purloin my husband's camera often enough to keep taking photos! I'm rediscovering my photographer self at last.
